I think Randolph heard more of the conversation between Chuck and Rufus than was shown. All we heard is Chuck say he was in the hospital and now everyones talking about a "package". What all did Randolph hear and what the hell is the package? I think the obvious would be H.I.V., but knowing Kellz it's most likely something else. Maybe the package is drugs and that's how James "the dirty cop" knows Chuck and Rufus. What do you think? Just my theory.

Right now, I think that the package is HIV/AIDS 'cause that's all we know for right now. It's a possbility that it could be drugs because I think that James is not only a dirty cop, but he could be Chuck and Rufus's undercover drug dealer.
