Chuck doesn't have the package, with that wrap over his head, what he caught was a beat down. I think first lady Cathy paid some church members (Bishop Craig and Pimp Luscious) to handle the deacon. She is good with paying people to handle business.
Chuck has got a closet...for some reason I believe he's had a previous relationship with Roxanne (chapter 5...Roxanne is a friend of mine, who know this guy named Chuck), so when Foxy Roxy comes to visit Chuck at the hosptial, she'll put him back in his place. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
